In a bid to further support student mobility and welfare, the Ogun State Government has donated an 18-seater coaster bus to the Students Union of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED). The official handover took place at the state office in Abeokuta, where representatives from both the government and the university’s Students Union were present to mark the occasion.

The donation aims to ease transportation challenges for the Students Union, enabling smoother coordination of student-related activities both within and outside the university. The bus is expected to enhance the union’s capacity to manage student affairs, organize events, and represent the interests of the TASUED student body more efficiently.

The TASUED Students Union expressed deep appreciation for the gesture, acknowledging that the bus will significantly aid their operations, especially in connecting with students across various locations. The union emphasized that the vehicle will play a key role in strengthening communication and transportation for official student engagements.

This donation represents another step in the state’s ongoing mission to enhance the quality of education and student experience in its institutions, reaffirming Ogun State’s dedication to the growth and welfare of its young population.
